He Who Has More Clamps Wins

The deckhouse sides were laminated from four sheets of mahogany 1/4" x 16" wide. Laste week these were first deep kerfed both sides on the table saw then the boards were resawn on the bandsaw. The centers were planed down on the parallel plane so there was a consistent thickness of a quarter inch. A group of folks working together (almost everyone in the shop) spread epoxy and then clamped the layers together around this specially constructed form. We used almost every clamp in the shop.
