Dynel deck. Fitting the fabric over the sanded fir deck. All the bungs were filled with epoxy & phenolic microballoons. The fabric was sretched into place and set with epoxy. It provides a non-slip surface.
Here the centerboard is glued up and fairing has begun with the same epoxy/balloon mix.
