Happy Thanksgiving

One cord stacked.
Bronze/copper vs iron. Look at the difference in these split out frames from the sneakbox. After 50 years the copper clench nails are good as new, bronze screws almost as good (top). Look at the clean holes with little deposition. The iron swells as it rusts, infiltrating the wood and destroying the tissues(bottom). In the planks, I can put my finger through some of the rusted iron fastener holes, but am using no. 10 bronze screws to refasten in the original copper nail holes.
Put in two new frames and refastened planks on the starboard side.
